In 2016, I was asked to design an identity for 'Momiji-dojo' karate club.
The logo and colour scheme which I created drew influence from the beautiful scarlet acer tree leaves which the name of the club alludes to, but has a clean, minimalist twist to set it apart from other karate clubs and reflect its founder's approach to Wado Kai Karate.
The Momiji-dojo logo was also made into small badges for club members to sew to the sleeves of their karate Gi.
